Job Description
The Business Development Executive for Appointment Setting will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by securing qualified appointments with potential customers. This role requires a proactive and energetic individual with a proven track record in outbound calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in our products/services.
2. Identify and speak to key decision-makers within target companies for the appointment.
3. Schedule high-quality appointments for the Sales team with decision-makers.
4. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and present our offerings.
5. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Pursuing/Any Graduate.
Fresher/1 year experience in BPO.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in Team.
Ability to work in an international time zone.
Shift Timings:
3:30 AM – 11:30 AM (October to March)
4:30 AM – 12:30 PM (April to September)
Salary:
